Plan and implement specific pilot actions which address social determinants of health and/or exposure to risk factors.

Summary

The objective of this task consists of planning and implementing pilot actions aimed at acting on the mechanisms that play a role in generating health inequalities with the aim of impacting the reduction of inequalities in cancer and NCDs in Europe. The pilot actions are grouped in three different clusters: (i) health inequalities monitoring; (ii) education/health literacy; (iii) fragile and vulnerable groups.
