The 2nd Synergy meeting of the Joint Action Prevent NCD and Action Grants will take place in Oslo at the Norwegian Directorate of Health and online.
Coordinators from four action grants – ELISAH (European Linkage of Initiative from Science to Action in Health), FILTERED (From sILos To synErgies to pRevEnt ncDs), PEACHD (Piloting European Action on Cancer Health Determinants), and ShowUp4Health (Building Trust in Roma Communities and Internally Displaced People for NCD Prevention) which are co-financed by the EU4HEALTH Programme of the European Union, will meet and discuss the status of synergy work of their projects and the way to communicate their outcomes and ensure the sustainability of their results.
