The Wellbeing Economy Forum 2025, hosted by the Directorate of Health in Iceland, will take place in Reykjavik on 8–9 May 2025 under the theme “Wellbeing Economy: Focusing on values for people and the planet.”
The Forum is an integral part of the JA PreventNCD project, offering a unique platform to explore how societies can prioritize human and planetary wellbeing through health, equity, inclusivity, sustainability, social connection, and compassion.

The programme will feature high-level policy sessions, leadership workshops, fireside chats with wellbeing pioneers, marketplace presentations, and the Wellbeing Awards hosted by the President of Iceland.
Confirmed speakers include Halla Tómasdóttir, President of Iceland; Kate Raworth, Co-founder of the Doughnut Economics Action Lab; Emma Rawson-Te Patu, President of the World Federation of Public Health Associations; and senior leaders from WHO-Europe, UNESCO, and the European Commission.
